▶ Do you ship outside the United States and what is the cost?
- Yes, we ship internationally exclusively using USPS First Class International Mail (without tracking) and Express Mail International® (with tracking).
- First Class shipping to Canada starts at $16.49 USD and all other countries starts at $21.95 USD.
- Express shipping to Canada starts at $40 USD and all other countries start at $55 USD.
- The additional shipping choices only appear on the second screen during checkout.

- Yes, we offer express shipping as an option during checkout and express shipping is the only options that provides tracking on international packages. Please keep in mind that depending on our order volume, your package may not be shipped for 1-3 days even if Express shipping was chosen.

▶ What about international import and customs duties?
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

▶ What if the DSLR Follow Focus I ordered is too large?
- If before purchasing, you measured your focus ring or found it on our Lens List and then purchased the appropriate size, chances are that you just need to tighten it a little. Check out this short video detailing how to tighten the DSLR Follow Focus.

- The DSLR Follow Focus is hand crafted with pride in the U.S.A. in a small town called Sandpoint near the top of the state of Idaho.
▶ Is the DSLR Follow Focus better than other follow focus systems?
- We will leave that answer up to the user. That being said, the DSLR Follow Focus is simple, easy to use, ultra-portable and affordable. It requires no cage or rail system and fits nicely into a shirt pocket. We feel that our follow/rack focus solution is a great option for most DSLR videographers.

- The main follow focus ring is made from stainless steel with phenolic resin knobs.
▶ What is your return policy?
